Welcome to Rieder Realty

Rieder Realty has specialized in South Florida vacant land since its inception in 1974. While Rieder Realty’s focus has been in Miami-Dade County, we have also sold properties throughout Florida. We sell farm land, cattle ranches, orange groves, waterfront properties, marinas, and environmentally sensitive properties to The State of Florida and Miami-Dade County. Rieder Realty also manages vacant land by leasing farmlands for ranches and groves, obtaining water use permits, applying for agricultural exemptions, helping to secure transferable development rights, and completing regular property inspections. Our clientele includes developers, farmers, investors of various types, and Local, State and Federal Governments. Rieder Realty also puts together partnerships for land acquisitions.

During the ninety’s and into the twenty first century Rieder Realty has sold a diversity of properties including: parcels being annexed into the Urban Development Boundary, vacant sites to be developed into multi & single family housing, farm land being rezoned, and assisting national developers/ builders in locating sites. The newest addition to Rieder Realty’s team is a company aircraft, which has allowed us to widen our expertise to the whole state of Florida. The plane has been highly beneficial in the efficiency of the company to learn about a property, research, and inspect the parcel.
